Progress Report
April 3rd, 2008Have been reading and researching my subject for months and now finally I can put pen to paper. To date I have been focusing on the cultural impact of ‘Web 2.0′ and the increased use of open-source sites and the resulting control or chaos debate.
Was initially sceptical about Wikipedia’s reliability as a source of information but have developed a respect for Wale’s refreshing concept to provide a free online library powered by the people for the people. A noble sentiment but unfortunately it’s not an ideal world.
